14 Days Returns

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, or inserts.
- Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip, must be included.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or replacement, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
